Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Luoyang Raymon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Luoyang, Henan, China. We make remote-controlled mowers and spider cranes in our own workshops and export to more than 80 countries.

How long does delivery take?
Construction lifting equipment and remote-controlled mowers: within 7 days for orders up to 10 units; 10-20 days for bulk orders. Spider cranes: within 7 days for in-stock orders; 20-30 days for bulk orders (5+ units).
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, MoneyGram, Alipay, PayPal, credit card, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Letter of Credit (L/C).
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 1 unit. Orders of 10 or more units qualify for dealer-exclusive discounts.
How is your equipment packed?
By default we pack in fumigation-free wooden crates for maximum protection. Iron frame packaging is also available to reduce cargo volume and save shipping costs.
Which shipping ports do you use?
Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, and Shenzhen Port.
What is your warranty?
12 months on key components, excluding damage caused by misuse or improper operation.
Do your products have certifications?
Compliance documentation is available for applicable models and configurations. Availability depends on the selected model, engine configuration and destination market. Tell us the model and destination country and we will confirm the applicable documentation before ordering.
How many units fit in a container?
It depends on the model. Check our Shipping & Terms page for estimated units per 20GP and 40HQ container.
Can you customize products?
Yes. We can adjust engine or motor power to match your requirements, customize paint color and logo, and accept OEM/ODM orders.
